On Saturday, December 2, the PebbleCreek Italian American Club hosted the 16th annual Ball in the Tuscany Ballroom. Two-hundred-eighty attended the gala affair. The evening began with live entertainment by our own Bart Ventura singing songs of Frank Sinatra as guests were served appetizers in the Chianti Room.
Dinner began with the club’s traditional family style antipasto and Caesar salads. This was followed by grilled beef tenderloin and prawn gratin served with a pea and pancetta arancine cake and buttered asparagus. Dessert followed and during the band’s break, trays of homemade Italian cookies were brought to each table.
Thompson Florist beautifully decorated each table with unique floral arrangements. The rest of the evening was spent dancing to the music of the PebbleRock Band.
