2021 Artist Series Canceled

Due to restrictions and issues related to COVID-19, the entertainment company that produces the Artist Series has officially notified us that the Artist Series is canceled for the 2021 season. Please read through the important information below, as most of your questions will be answered.

Options for subscribers who already paid for the 2021 Artist Series:

Option 1:

Do nothing and allow the money to remain on file toward your 2022 season subscription. You will keep the same seats, time slot, etc. Everything will be the same. The show titles may change, but we will provide updates on that when possible. You do not need to contact us if you want this option.

Option 2:

Beginning Monday, Oct. 12, anyone who would prefer a refund should do the following:

* Send an email to [email protected].

* Put “Artist Series refund” in the subject line.

* Provide the address where we could mail a check, if applicable.

* Provide the phone number you can be contacted at, in the event of a question.

* Provide your name and the name of anyone else on your order.

If you paid with a credit card:

The refund will go back to that original form of payment. If your card numbers have updated, not to worry, the credit card company has a master account in their system for you, and the refund will still be processed.

If you paid with cash or check:

A check will be mailed to you at the address you provide, as noted above.

We are giving anyone who wants a refund until Nov. 20 to notify us.

Beginning Nov. 21, we will initiate the refund process for those requesting one. After close of business at 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, no more refund requests can be honored. We must have a cut-off date to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Retaining Refunded Seats

Anyone requesting a refund will be given a one time opportunity to retain the same seats that were assigned in 2021. You will have to pay for the 2022 series in the month of March, beginning March 1, 2021, and no later than March 31, 2021. If you do not pay by then, your seats will be released for new subscribers who can begin to pay on April 1, 2021.

How long until refunds are issued?

We generally need four to six weeks from the cutoff date of Nov. 20 for checks to process through the system. It may be faster. Credit card refunds can take two to three weeks (depending on the speed with which your financial institution processes from their end).
