The Home Tour Committee is pleased to announce that the nineteenth annual Home Tour will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015, from noon to 5:00 p.m. Only 400 tickets will be available for purchase for the price of $15 per person and is tax deductible. Sales dates for tickets will be announced in September.
The Goodyear Police Department’s Shop with a Cop Program will host only 20 children this year and the Home Tour has adjusted its charity event to accommodate this change.
Homeowners from our community are generously opening their homes for this year’s tour. Their homes offer a wonderful variety of décor and you will enjoy seeing all the decorator touches throughout each home. For those looking for landscaping ideas, you will see beautiful patios and yards that will give you many choices to possibly incorporate these ideas into your own back yard.
The ticket sale monies benefit the City of Goodyear Police Department’s annual Holiday Shop with a Cop program held on December 6.
The committee is currently looking for men and women who would be willing to volunteer to be hosts/hostesses for the tour. If you are interested, please contact Judy Peterson at 399-6046. Hosts/hostesses will be scheduled for only half the tour duration so they will have an opportunity to view the tour homes as well.
